It was in the mid-term of September when our group of friends took a tour to Panchgani. Thinking back it was an unplanned trip without any discussion of sightseeing even though we had heard about the place. Although the journey was bumpy, once we reached Panchgani, our excitement knew no bounds. We were tired from the long ride but, once showered, we couldn't sit still in our room and decided to rent a cab that would take us around the hill station. Serene Beauty: Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary The Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the most popular tourist places which is known for its biodiversity conservation. The Sanctuary is sheltered in the arms of nature and garlanded with a pleasing landscape, flourishing flora and assists as a living outdoor museum. It is situated between Bhandara district and Gondia district of Maharashtra. It has a wide range of fishes, mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians. Tigers and leopard can be frequently spotted, however, the true entreaty of the forest lies in the emblems of their presence. Pugmarks on the mud roads and territory markings on trees specify the presence of big cats.
